Marcelo Munoz
Coach, Real Estate Investor, Oakview Property Group, Owner
I started investing in real estate in 2015 and since then successfully completed projects involving dozens of fix and flips, office buildings, single family homes, and apartment buildings. To date, I have completed over $12,000,000 in real estate transactions and own over 30 rental units.
Why do you enjoy coaching?
Coaching has been a significant contributor to my success and I see coaching other Real Estate entrepreneurs as an opportunity to give back and contribute to other’s success. I also enjoy the opportunity to grow my own skill set while coaching others.
What makes you a good coach?
During my previous career in finance and banking I held various leadership roles where coaching a team was a big part of what I did. I learned a lot about what works and what does not work in coaching others from that experience, that has helped me tremendously in being a more effective coach. I am also a student of real estate and continue to use coaching as a way to help me advance my business. As a user of coaching myself I understand the needs of a coaching student and know how to separate the fluff from actionable coaching.
